I am a multi-insrumentalist and songwriter originally from Highland Park and Lake Forest, Illinois, both northern suburbs of Chicago. I play acoustic, electric, and slide guitars, fiddle, mandolin, banjo, piano and some drums. I have made my living playing music my whole life and it has been tough, but great! I have written over four hundred songs, some of which have been recorded by other artists. I have lived in Los Angeles for thirteen years and some of my band members have included Wally Ingram and Tad Wadhams, both of the original Sheryl Crowe touring road band. Wally still plays for Sheryl. I now live in Bend, Oregon, THE most beautiful place in the world. I make my living playing gigs in the nearby five state region and teaching lessons on all my instruments except piano and drums.
