Porter first picked up a guitar while living in Florida killing off a Canadian winter. He left Florida hitch hiking around the states and back home to Canada. He returned a singer/songwriter. What happened during his time adrift can only be pieced together through hints and stories in some of his songs. His interesting and creative music range's on several topics leaving some listeners to believe a song was "written about them".
That was only the beginning of Porter's musical rambling. He's since lived in Nashville. Honing his craft and learning the biz. The voice inside always called him west. He followed and hit the coast of San Francisco. It was there he narrowed a massive collection of songs to 10 and went into the studio. Now you have a chance to share in the journey.
