Lloyd’s music career started around 2004 in a 3-piece middle of the road rock band performing gigs throughout the Coventry pub scene. The band was on different pages, so decided to split to follow their own goals.

Lloyds passion for his music could not be matched by the new potential band members, with un-reliability proving a major factor in the creation of the new band, Lloyd decided that there was only one person who could match his drive to succeed himself! So the decision was made, and a solo career born.

Lloyd's sound combines his acoustic guitar talent and easy listening voice to create music everybody relates to. From painful love to reminiscent joy, Lloyds songs will capture the attention of a broad spectrum of listeners.

Lloyd’s achievements include winning Oxjam central England a competition for unsigned artist in which Lloyd won studio time, helping him towards his goal to record
his first studio album. Lloyd has also supported Rhys Morgan, Inspiral Carpets, the Bluetones, Starsailor and played at Mercury music prize nominated Jamie T’s after show party at the Kasbah in Coventry. Support from local radio stations playing Lloyds music has helped raise his profile and this will be an important part of Lloyds plans in 2010
